So you have a suggestion how best to do this?
For one I don't want the main GPS thread board to die, we get little enough traffic here.
So I'm not immediately keen to create sub sections till we have a good way of working this.
We have two enhancements to the GPS section we are discussing
1. Gunda's excellent idea of Howto's
2. Routes and Waypoint Collection
Lets discuss some ideas.
HOWTO's
I think we agree they should not heavily moderated to not mess up the information presented there.
This is one collection of info that might warranty its own section?
Discussions of the accuracy or changes can happen in the main board while all the valid howto's are posted in the reference area.
ROUTES
This is contentious area and people should only submit and post stuff if these areas are not sensitive and free to ride all the time.
But a database is good.
