Apart from always doing their utmost to help when I've bought things from them, I experienced the same friendly approach when I went there with a problem.
They didn't just fix the problem, the checked that the unit was faulty, established that it was just a faulty connector, and then they immediately replaced my F4 comms unit.
I took it to them to repair a loose connector, but no questions just friendly service and a new unit ... I had to persuade them that they didn't need to replace the microphone and speakers too!
