Received two consecutive days of same-day service from Pauli (GPS4Africa on the forum) when buying a Nuvi 200W for the car (on the first day) and its carry pouch (on the second day).
In both instances only an e-mail was required, followed by a speedy reply and delivery by Pauli.
Friendly, hassle-free and efficient. ;D
