Threads in which WD's have commented on the booster plug: https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=56839.0, so have read up on what WD's think of it. Understand now, if you still want to comment feel free.

I've heard that the GS's run a bit lean because they have been tuned according to strict emission standards in European countries. This may cause the combustion chambers to run hotter than ideal. Some talk out there on plug and play modules that "lie" to the bike management system that the air is colder than it really is causing the bike to increase the fuel/air ratio. It is said that the bike surges less, idles better, has a better power delivery with the unit installed. Some claims even of bettered fuel economy.

Any okes out there with a GS 1150 equipped with a plug and play accelerator module or Booster Plug?

If so, any comments on the following?
- Performance
- Fuel consumption
- Reliability of motor after installation
- Other experiences (good or bad)

Think with the unit, proper air filter and a Y-piece there might be a benefit in performance and hopefully fuel consumption (considering the current fuel prices). But not sure..
Thx
