GS1200 _ Tube or Tubless????

Next week i'm going to replace my Anakee II with a couple of heyn??? (don't remind the name  :lamer

the question is: tube yes or tube no?

in case of puncture the better solution is replace the tube... but I have never change it!!!
I did a lot of time on my MTB... the theory should be the same but the reality??

What do you suggest?
