Handlebar bag

Is there a handlebar bag thingy that I can buy with a "window" where I could put my smartphone in, in order to use the GPS whilst riding instead of having to buy a R 6000 GPS unit? I've only come across the GIVI and not sure if my Blackberry will fit?
