Harley Sportster Triple Clamp Removal?

Before I start moering the thing, how do I remove the bottom triple clamp? There's usually a nut ontop of the top one on other bikes but not this one. Top image is the bottom of the lower clamp, bottom image is of the top of the stem with the top clamp removed.
