Thinking of doing a Harties canals and Breedtsnek quicky this coming Saturday. Set out from Engen Umfala 1 Stop early and climb onto the canals route at Arendsnes. From there follow my nose (no GPS yet) and meander towards Breedtsnek for a northern approach ascent. I've got to be home around midday so looking at an early start.
I haven't been on that part of the canals in 10 years, any advice is welcome, i.e. are people still getting shot at?
