Have you ever busted a ankle while D/S biking?

On the whole issue of wearing the best protection bar steel boots, while D/S riding, not enduro trips, have you ever busted your ankle, if so how many times? Have your foot ever been crushed?

I know we will have the oke's saying because they wore the best boot they never got a busted ankle, from the okes using any other boot, maybe they can comment.
