Head Gear underneath your helmet

I have considered getting myself one of those head socks/buff things (don't actually know the name) that racing drivers where underneath their helmets.



Any comments or previous experience?

My main reasons are to ease the ON/OFF of my helmet, keep dust out and heat in the winter.
