Headlight fuse popping....

So after I did some work via TuneECU last week my headlight starting popping the fuse (had it out while working on the bike).... any ideas why this would now be an issue as I have done this before without the fuse blowing?

Any help/pointers/suggestions most welcome as this is just frustrating.... and dangerous to ride without a headlight!
