helmet cameras

I am looking for a helemt camera that can take both stills and video. The GoPro seems to fit the bill. But the other thing I would like is a remote control 'trigger' that can be handlebar mounted to either take photots or start & stop the video recording. Does anyone know if such a system exists please?
