I have connected my 12V accessory socket to the ACC1 terminals behind the headlight/speedo console. ACC1 is supposed to be "power on" all the time. With ignition off I get power to my Garmin 76C, after I turn the ignition on there is still power but when I hit the engine start button the GPS powers off...so I have to turn the GPS on again. I've eliminated the possibility that the labelling on the wires i.e ACC1 & ACC2 are incorrect/swopped around by connecting to ACC2 - which correctly powers on only with the ignition turned on.
So I'm at a dead loss....any advice where to look???
