So after tinkering and half-servicing the bike, I put it all back together and gueass what:
The bike actually started.

New problem:
When I connect the battery, the head/taillight goes on without the key in the bike. Indicators work. Think i can start it as well but didn't try that. Just disconnected the battery immediately because the smoke started coming again. (Old heated grips problem but now the heated grips go on automatically when the battery is connected.)
I have no frickin' clue what I did wrong or what to do next. :redface: Any advise/pointers?
