Good morning,
I have bought a bike which is still a pending sale on the E-natis system.
This person presumably bought the bike, never registered it on his name, then sold it to someone who, also with putting it onto his name, sold it to me.
If I can get a phone number of the "pending sale" guy/woman, it could shorten this process tremendously.
He/she is a E.C.Kirton, address given as 6 Gladiolus crescent, Protea village, Brackenfell.
I will pay all expenses, but need this person to do the proper transfer thing.
