Help!! Overly tightened screw is stripping

Ok, so whoever last put DOT4 in my KLR's front reservoir is an asshole.

This could very well be some mmechanic at Centurion Lifestyle since they serviced my bike on 8 Aug just before my Lesotho trip.

The (rider's) right hand screw is so friggin tight that the head is just stripping when i try take it out. The other screw was easy.

So assuming that a screwdriver is no longer possible to extract this screw, what are my options?
