Help with Lesotho route

I've searched these routes on the forum but only get partial answers. Can anybody help with advice:
1. Qachas nek - Tsoelike - Taung - Thaba Tseka - Katse ( how is this road )

2. Qachas nek - Tsoelike - Matebeng - Sehong hong - Taung - Thaba Tseka - Katse ( Is this a better option than above )

3. Best route from Katse to Sani Pass?
