Quick introduction.
Got infected and developed bike fever when I bought my first bike about 3 years ago.
88 Yamaha XT 350...!
Still have it and after spending some money on odds and ends initially the XT
is now in good condition(Thanxs mostly to the help of some good biking friends!)
Use it for trail riding over weekends with some crazy friends(HellHound etc.) and it never ceases to amaze me!
Bought my 2007 Dakar 3 months ago and looking forward to some Africa trips to our neigbours and just exploring our own beautifull SA!
First big breakfast run was with Jan Blom and his friends to Beestekraal.
Didn't know any of them and ended up having a "moerse jol"!
Nice bunch of guys!
Lots to learn still, especially interested in some nice gravel routes of the beaten track around Gauteng towards the Karoo-area.
Oh yeah, I live in Centurion.
