Just recently my bike started revving at about 2000 rpm when idling sometimes.
I was told that it is sucking air below the butterfly, and that on some of the 650s there is a little rubber pipe on the right hand side of the throttle that cracks and causes this high revving.
My bike does not have this pipe and I cannot see where it could be sucking air, and if this was the case would it not do it all the time, not just sometimes.
The only place I think it could be sucking air is by the rubber manifold, but I cannot see, or hear anything.
I have read the thread on the Dakar revving high and have tried everything recommended there.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
