How do I fix a plastic fuel tank

Hi,

I have a small kiddies quad. The plastic fuel tank has a piepie'tjie where the fuel hose connects. This is also plastic.

It broke off and I have tried both Qbond and a Pratley product. But it keeps coming loose.

What is the best way to fix it?

Any Ideas?
