Maybe it's just me, but my bike doesn't feel as responsive as it once was.

I had it checked out at a Kawa dealer a while ago. They changed the main jet (can't remember what they fitted though, think it's a 148??), and said the valves were still within spec. The bike had a standard air-filter and Big Gun slip-on pipe fitted. It only made a mere 29 horsepower at the rear wheel. They reckon it's about right, but I've read that it should be closer to about 38 or so.

My brother's stock KL650E easily out-drags me. I have since fitted the stock pipe again without noticing any loss of performance.

Has anyone had their bikes dynoed and know how much they put out?

I'm just curios. If 29 is well below average I will have to take the bike to someone with a dyno and good knowledge of the Keihin CVK40.

Thanks.
