I am thick headed and slow in understanding numbers. In simple plain ol English please explain as to how much a V-strom 650 can carry. Here is a hypothetical scenario: The bike is about 210 wet weight. I am about 75kg and my passenger is about 67. We got the following: a tent, two sleeping bags, two side panniers, 10 litre of extra fuel, tool kit, some food, medical kit, some personal effects, a flask. How much more can this donkey take? I am planning a trip. Until recently I was alone but now a friend has decided to come along as a passenger. Your input is appreciated in advance. We need to work out what we can take along with us.
