How to build a rally bike? Parts and advice...

Lets try and make this the rally-bike thread.

There are a lot of us in different stages of putting rally bikes together. There are multiple threads, with a lot of info if you manage to find it. Can we try and put our bike, and what parts we're using and where we found them over here, then maybe all of us can get hold of the parts, without each having to do his own massive search for said part?

I have posted on various threads as well, but will start here now, and see how it goes:

What do I have:
2012 KTM 690 E.

Accessories:

• KTM 450 Factory Rally tanks: KTM Cape Town - 450km range doing 80% power.
• KTM 450 Rally fairing: KTM Cape Town
• Bracket for the above: KTM Cape Town
• Aluminium bash plate: KTM Cape Town
• Aluminium back-plate. Fits the road-book, clocks and Amageza GPS: Niklaus: [email protected]
• Rally Road-book with motor: Niklaus: [email protected]. - Optional motorized with remote switch.
• Vratvark PMR 446 Mhz radio. Max output 4W with override: https://www.vratvark.co.za - Gives you 30km range ground to aircraft [Verified].
