When on tar I've always leaned into a corner the way a soopabike rider would. Keeping my body more or less straight on the bike, but at an angle to the tar. Weight on the inside peg.
On dirt I always corner motoX or supermoto style, letting the bike drop between my legs while I lean in the opposite angle, weight on the outside peg.
Nowadays on tar I feel more comfortable cornering the same way as on dirt.
Is there some reason why this is not acceptable on tar?
I just feel that should the bike slip, I have more chance of catching it if I have weight on the outside peg.
What say you? Am I stupid? :?
