After my 500 incident and write-off I immediately started contemplating a replacement. Initially my head was set on another 500, but the more I thought about it the more I kept looking at the 690R.
Make no mistake, the 500 lets me ride offroad like I'm a little kid again, that bike is simply stunning. But after countless youtube reviews and 500 vs 690 videos I was convinced.
Now it's standing here at home, and I have to wait for my hand to heal before riding it. Let's hope that it's real soon. :ricky:
