Seems that my long abused ignition coil is on its way out. Phoned the agents and they can get me a new coil (supercedes the old one and is a better part) for about R 2200.
Bosch diesel electric can do it for about R 1700. Delivery time on both counts is 3 - 4 weeks. Any clever dogs out there who have managed to source and use alternative
and affordable parts to the OEM item? For what its worth I think I would want to go with the same type of twin outlet coil as it's too much hassle to convert the bike to
twin coil setup.
