Injections for Africa - What to get?

So by the look of things the only injection compulsory for east Africa is Yellow fever. What's the opinion out there on getting any of the others like typhoid, cholera and hepatitis? The travel clinics give a long list, but I'm sure it's a money making list for them... :-\
