Is a straight swop 1200GSA to 990 Adv a good deal?

I can swop my BMW 2007 GSA (20,000Km) for a KTM 2009 990 Adventure (less then 3000km's on the clock).
I am happy with the GSA, it would purely be a so that I have a new ride.
This would basically be a straight swop. What do you think, is this a good deal?
