K53 license training ( R430 ???)

So I am doing my test next week and just want to do 1 training session to identify all the pain in the ass obsevation checks etc that I should do.

Q: is R430 a bit stiff for 1 training session @ Swartkops with BMW academy?

Request: any other person I can make use of, contact details?
