Wanted Kawasaki KLX 250 cylinder head

Hi All - I just bought a KLX250, looks like it’ a 1995 model, as a project bike, first thing I notice is the cylinder head is knackered, looks like, exhaust cam and it’s guides are pretty bad and exhaust valves are leaking. Can anyone assist with a complete cylinder head, or know if this could be salvaged. Would also consider a complete engine if in good condition and reasonably priced. Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.
