It seems that the Keihin EFI system is being used on virtually all of the plastic bikes nowadays, and some of the bigger bikes.
Has anyone actually bought a tool that connects to the computer and played around with it?
I downloaded the KTM program that is to be used with the hard parts connecting tool (P/N 69029096140). The tool costs $500 USD though

Another option is the JD tool, which is a shade over $200, but the details on the website are a bit sketchy:
