Some time ago I decided to get a kidney belt, some of you might remember me asking about them. I thought they helped for kidneys being shaken around. Well I got myself a Thor kidney belt, and after the last few weeks riding I have the following to say.
My back is a lot happier with the belt than without it - if simply for the heat they keep in. I don't know if anyone have noticed how back pain tends to get worse in the cold. The extra insulation the belt gives in that region is a definite plus, and I would recommend it to anyone.
