What should I do about a damaged (hole in core) 2005 KLR radiator?
I've had it at our local radiator repair shop and was informed that because of it being an aluminum type unit, repairs are virtually impossible and if attempted, won't last.
The option offered was to have a copper core made with brass tanks and obviously use the original side frames. Weight would be a little more than original but plus point is that in future, repairs won't be a problem.
