Iâ??m still struggling to understand exactly how to set the KLRâ??s rear suspension.
Preload (1-5)
Iâ??ll set the preload to get the ideal amount of sag but generally how much should this be in centimetres?
Rebound (stepless)
This is the one that has me. The â??08 KLR has stepless rebound and the markings underneath the screw looks like this: H<->S. Now, if I have a preload setting of say 2 then the rebound screw should be more towards S (two fifths from the furthest S position in order to match the preload setting)? And if I have the preload set to 3 then set the rebound to around the middle of the H to S range?
