What can one do to get more performance from the KLR650 motor?
I know its not exactly the same but a friend of mine has a Yamaha 660 Raptor quad and it was fairly quick in standard form. He then added one of those Genuine Yamaha performance pipes and Yikes did that quad run after that mod. Its a bit to loud for town riding but i can tell you it has lots of power. Hang on or you fall off.
If clutched properly while changing from 2nd to 3rd it pops a wheely. Lekker man.
Will a KLR pop a wheelie? Has anyone tried it yet?
