KTM 620 SC

I can get a 1999 KTM 620SC for about R15 000. Engine sounds really swheet! Not in too bad condition. Kickstart unfortunately. Is this a good buy? Will I be able to sell this in a few months and make a buck or two?
Advice urgently please!
