I have managed to translate this topic from french to english and here it is. This is going to be some bike and i will be getting one. This is the pototype Bike they used at the BAJA 500 and will be using at the BAJA 1000. If anybody has more info please add to the topic. They will be launching this mid next year then from what i gather.Enjoy.
After the introduction of the KTM Supermoto 690, most powerful of the supermotards of series, KTM announces the arrival of the enduro 690: a version any ground of this motor bike doped with the hormones! Article reserved to the enthusiasts for big thrills!
The engine of 690 DC supplied with injection results from the last generation of the LC4 of the Autrichien manufacturer. It transforms this 690 to make of it the most powerful enduro of the market, with a power which should turn around the 60 horses! To disadvise with the significant hearts.
Composed of elements of quality like suspensions WP especially developed for this motor bike, the 690 Enduro was conceived, according to KTM, to offer a sporting and comfortable position to the pilot.
The official presentation of the KTM 690 Enduro will take place at the time of the World one of the Two Wheels, living room which will be held of September 28 to October 7 in Paris. Its arrival in the concessions is planned for spring 2008!
