The clutch slave cylinder on a 950 KTM cost aver R1600-00 from KTM, I had to strip one this weekend that was leaking. Inside there is a simple piston and a spring, held in place with a circlip, the piston has a 'O' ring, this was leaking because of dirt in the system, luckily the 'O'ring was not damaged and after cleaning the unit and reassembling, I filled and bled the system with 15W fork oil, (the only suitable oil I had)
the clutch was back to normal and cost nothing besides a bit of time and some oil. KTM also said they do not stock these seals, I'm sure they can be found somewhere else.
As long as the inside bore is not scored I'm sure a new seal will rectify this problem.
