Hi guys
Just bought a 2004 KTM 950 adventure. Loving the bike so far! Just been going through it and replacing the water pump so I thought I would have a look at the clutch. One of the fiber plates from the middle of the clutch pack has worn off completely on one side. If you take a look at the photos you will see what I am talking about.
What I find strange is that all the other fibre plates, steel plates, and even clutch springs are in spec when measured against the workshop manual tolerances.
What do you think would cause this on just one of the fiber plates? The corresponding steel plate has some very light marks on it but nothing crazy.
Thanks in advance!
