KTM 950 spark plugs gap / service today

Hi all.. Today I will tackle the task of 30 odd thousand km service on my KTM 950. Just a question or two...

What is the recommended gap on the spark plugs? ( haven't downloaded the service manual yet but guess it might be in there??)

What oil ? Fuchs perhaps I hear?
