KTM 950 Sprockets: OEM or Aftermarket?

I need to change sprockets and chain.  The OEM is R1046,61 whereas the aftermarket is about R300 for the rear 42T.  Front, OEM R355.34 vs about R120, 17T.

Has anyone used aftermarket sprockets?  Do they last?

My originals has done 23k kms, with hardly any wear, I think that is excellent!

Chain:  X-ring or O-ring?  Make?
