When Peter Stuyvesant experienced his oil return pipe blowing up, it really troubled me. The conditions he described indicated to me that there was a massive pressure build up, and a new pipe woudnt necessarily cure it.
Anyhow, after some time, this TSB came out which described the problem at hand.
