Just for the record - it is worth travelling an odd 500km to deal with Jaco Vermaak, the owner of the KTM Shop in George.
I had the priveledge to experience his professionalism at dealing with customers, working on the bike, ordering parts and follow up afterwards. For KTM, this is unreal.
The evening prior to swoping Uiltjie and my suspension he would join us for a couple of cold ones. His shop is well stocked and well displayed. His workshop is clean and tidy - looks like my kitchen floor at home (if it was tiled). And then he phoned me a week later at 19h45 to enquire whether all is well with the suspension and his workmanship.
