KTM vs Honda Warranty claim ??

Hi All,

A mate of mines 2018 Honda AT with 28000km popped both forkseals on a recent trip he took it Honda and they replaced both forkseals under warranty without any questions asked.
My 2019 KTM 1290 SAR with 9500km popped one forkseal took it to KTM and they told me they dont replace forkseals under warranty.

Is this normal just cant get my head around how Honda replaces it no questions asked but KTM doesnt?

Any advise?
