KTM525 Cush Drive

For those in the know, which cush drives fit the KTM 525?

640?
690?
950/990?

I am looking for a cush drive option for my bike but I don't want to spend the 6k for a RAD cush hub.

If anybody knows of a suitable donor, please let me know.
