My lady is just short of 60 000 km and lately I have noticed that her clutch started slipping. Not the slave, but the actual clutch. The acceleration feels a bit sluggish too, engine spins up (not too high) and then the rear wheel follows.

I've done some reading here

https://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=914862&highlight=clutch&page=2

and here

https://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=144391

and it seems that there are some options.

KTM quoted R3614 for a complete new set of plates (assuming friction & steel plates).

From the Adv Rider threads, I can gather that the GSXR 600 and 750 from '05-06 and the KLX 250 have exactly the same plates (different amounts). The only issue I can foresee is that the KTM set has a slightly thicker plate on both outsides.

Any thoughts or inputs?
