Having recently paid my annual licensing fees I noticed something that seems odd.
The GVM and Tare are both stated as 371kg (!!!), putting it in class 2.1 in the fees category (according to the disk).
My question is thus, what does your weight say and what do you pay?
On the net I found that there is a R36 transaction fee and R156 for the bike = R192
Based on the above it seems that it doesn't make a difference what the weight of the bike is.
