Just to report back I will be leaving for Europe plus minus the 20 th April on a standby ticket. I have to be in Belgium by 27/04/2018 for a bike get together of bikers from all around the world. I will also be selling my book there. I will also report on a continues basis on this tread of my travel there.

Hi Welsh no it is organised by a German guy by the name of Bernd Tesch an 80 year old motorcycle world traveller. It has been running for 60 years and the meeting is mainly for people who are traveling around the world and also people who still want to travel around the world. He has also got the biggest selection of motorcycle travel books in the world. More than a thousand books. My book is now also on their data base and I will also be selling my book there. There will be about 350 people from around the world.

R 15000-00 maar daar is eers 'n change of plan. 'n Hollandse meisie wat ek in Ethiopia ontmoet het gaan haar 650 BMW eers vir my leen. Ek sal dan na 'n maand myne laat oor stuur.

Hi Esplin I have previously approached many big companies in South Africa for a sponsorship and it seems nobody gives sponsorship for this kind of thing. I have also spoken to other world travellers and I get the same story from them. From all the companies that I approach only Shoprite Checkers came back to me to say that they use any spare money to improve on their staffs living conditions. Housing schooling etc. I have come to the conclusion now that best helping hand in the land is at the end of your own arm.
