Living the Dream Solo Around the World Trip

Thanks to all the guys and ladies whom have read my story over the years. I will still bring the latest up to date. I turned 72 today but that is in no way the end of my world traveling plans. I am just waiting for the Corona thing to die down a bit then I will do the Argentina leg to Alaska in one klap. It should take me more or less 6 months to complete. Some people criticize me that I travel too fast. I have to have a bit of an sense of urgency as I still want to go and explore some countries with my better half and a 4X4 Bakkie Mate

Yes maybe. I still want to watch her videos. I only saw one and that was when she was here in SA to buy her bike.

Hi guys good news. After hitting a Warthog in the Free state my little XT 660 R was pretty wrecked. New parts take 2 months to be imported and 2 nd hand parts are hard to come by. So this week I flew down to George from Johannesburg to purchase my new T 7. What an fantastic bike which I will be using to complete my around the world trip.

Ek ry môre terug. Stop elke 250 km. Dan is die arm seer. Nou al meer as 4 maande. Nou op 73 going onto 74 groei dinge maar stadig aan. Nee die vlakvark het amper biltong van my gemaak.
