In looking at a specific route on mapsource (in this case PE - EL)the route makes sense and is 369 km's long .
I send to gps and then view in it on the unit and it's 1826 km long and cuts right accross the sea who knows how many times .
While trying to figure out what was wrong I received the same route back from the gps ,the distance had changed from the original one that was sent to the unit and now being viewed in mapsource and reflects the same as being viewed on the gps at 1826 km .
What am I doing wrong ?
